We already are – peace, whole, wisdom, grace, joyful, Divine. We have forgotten our beauty from what our minds have created from our painful experiences in life. All healing really means to me is clearing away the imprints of untruth. The inner work to do is to shed what the mind has created in our cells as programs and in our energy fields that is not true – shame, fear, hate, guilt and so on. These veils temporarily hide all our true gifts, and from our desire to heal, the Grace of the Creator comes in and washes away the veils, and this exposes the Light of our Soul that we truly are, and always have been.
